Outstanding cuisine
These days, the international reputation of Le Chabichou relies on the reputation of its gourmet restaurant: an inventive, refined and generous cuisine prepared with fresh and local products. For now more than 30 years, Stéphane Buron put all his passion in the Chabichou’s cuisines . This Chef from Nancy boasts a CV as attractive as the hundreds of dishes he daily sends to the dining room. He was awarded with the Taittinger International First Prize in 2002 and “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” in 2004. He arrived in Courchevel in 1987, with a solid but eclectic work experience forged at Le Grand Hôtel Bragard in Gérardmer, with Christian Willer at the hotel Martinez in Cannes, in Palm Beach in the United States as well as at Le Palais de l’Elysée in Paris.
The international reputation of Le Chabichou relies on the reputation of its gourmet restaurant: inventive, refined and generous cuisine prepared with fresh, natural produces.

Le Sidonie

“For the anecdote, it is here, by the fireplace, that Daniel Auteuil presented the preview of “The well-digger’s daughter”. Le Sidonie is a cozy place with a warm atmosphere. It is the soul of the property: a friendly place where we like to relax around a macchiato after a ski day, a pastry for the adults or a pancake for the children. It’s also the perfect place to enjoy a vitamined cocktail. Its name refers to Sidonie, the first owner of Le Chabichou. She decided to name the hotel Le Chabichou in tribute to the Sidonie Panache opera in which one of the scenes is named “The Faction of the Chabichou”. Le Sidonie proposes a catering offer for those who would like some velouté or salad, comfortably installed in one of the soft armchairs of the bar.

Most of the bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the Valley for panoramic views. Wooden slided doors offer you some privacy should you be sharing the Suite with your child or another adult.

Familly Junior Suite
A real gem where dreams meet reality for all your family. A spacious Suite offering a cosy lounge, a separate master bedroom, a cabin bed as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Suite Alpes

Suite Altitude
Nestled on the top floor of the hotel, this Suite is an exclusive one-of-a-kind hideaway. Designed to ensure the utmost privacy for guests as well as to make the most of the picture-perfect mountain views from your private South East facing balcony. Without doubt, its second most oustanding feature is its wood-burning fireplace, located right in the middle of the living room which homes to the main bedroom. A separate bedroom composed of two single beds will accommodate two children or young adults. Highly recommended for a family of 4 or a couple wishing to enjoy space and comfort to perfection.

Suite Etoile
Decorated and furnished to the highest standards, our unique Star Suite boasts a majestic master bedroom with a surprising ceiling height which takes you to a lovely shared terrace surrounded by pine trees. An additional bedroom has been designed to sleep up to two young kids thanks to its cabin beds. This spacious Suite is a great choice for a family of 4. The bathroom offers a double sink, a shower and a bathtub for great moments of relaxation. Step out on the second shared terrace accessible from the charming living room to gaze upon the magnificent landscapes.

Ideal for a family of 6, each Family Suite offers a balcony to savour panoramic views of the mountain. Generous in size covering 57 sqm, you will find two separate bedrooms with their en-suite bathroom and a delightful lounge area.

Suite Sommet
An inviting Suite located on the first floor of the hotel, boasting fantastic views of the Valley. A unique blend of comfort, elegance and intimacy will await you. When snowflakes fall outside, curl up by the fireplace and watch the skiers on the slopes.

Suite Vallée
With contemporary and Alpine décor, our Suite Valley offers a blend of modernity and authentic luxury, a perfect environment for daydreaming. Each detail has been assessed to offer an exceptional level of service. Larger in size, the Suite is a perfect fit for a family of 5 including kids. A separate bedroom offers two single beds. When entering the Suite, you will find a double bed on the left hand side and as you walk in, a cosy living room equipped with a single sofa bed. There you are, ready to step out on your balcony for a sunbathing session.
For families who would like interconnecting rooms, there’s a secret door which connects to a Classic room.

APARTMENT
This prestigious Penthouse is on the uppermost floor of the hotel where guests will truly enjoy the breathtaking views of the slopes. It can be combined with a Comfort room and a Junior Suite to sleep up to 9 guests comfortably, creating one of the hotel’s largest settings for group of friends and families. It has a large living space with a kitchen that opens up onto a sitting room consisting of a fireplace and lounge area.
